The Contractor shall also ensure the SMART is available for up to 8 training hours per day, with 24 hours availability per week. The Contractor shall provide SMART Operators to execute the following responsibilities: weekly coordination tag ups with AFSOC/AETC training staff to defined mission requirements etc., adapt existing mission scenarios for SMART execution, develop new mission scenarios for SMART execution, launch and run missions with AFSOC Instructor(s) present to oversee the training, coordinate with SMART Technical Support regarding operation of the SMART, log issue reports, and resolve SMART issues, and coordinate with AFSOC and Bluedrop representatives to schedule training sessions on the SMART. The Government does not possess (or cannot provide) the data necessary to perform all of the required services to support the V-22 aircraft. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Sources that are not approved must obtain source approval from the Government.
