## Description

Issuance of Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - DLA intends to definitize a nine month base CPFF contract against the Bell Boeing Captains of Industry Contract (COI) SPRPA1-17-D-009U for Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN) 0002 (SPRPA1-23-D-9002). The Period of Performance will be effective from award date until nine months after.

The Contractor shall provide one torquer for the V-22 PRGB test stand with the following specifications: • Vendor P/N - 147823 • Nomenclature - Cell 20 PG 27PL-2T Test stand torquer • Quantity - 1 Contractor agrees to order this tooling with all due haste. The Contractor shall follow all DCMA provided guidance regarding this equipment and its usage. Priority for the tooling will be for the increase in PRGBs to twelve per month, unless the Government provides new direction on the tooling’s use to the Contractor.

This tooling shall be used for repairing PRGBs or other V-22 components, as is in the best interests of the Government and the V-22 fleet. The Government reserves the right to continue to determine the use, maintenance, and other parameters of this tooling. Installation of the torquer will be completed under a separate contract. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.

If you are not an approved source, you must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR). DLA-Aviation can only receive Source Approval Requests (SAR) through DoDSafe link due to internet/web safety concerns per Engineering. To submit your SAR, please send an email to:

dlaavnsmallbus@dla.mil, subject line "request a SAR drop off". Include CAGE code, the NSN, and the email address where you want to receive the DoDSafe link. After we receive your email request, a DoDSafe drop off will be returned, where you can download your SAR file and return. Interested Suppliers may also contact Bell Boeing directly.
