## Description

This shall serve as the synopsis notice DLA-Aviation Philadelphia for the Increment for a total of two (2) DLRs NIINs/items in support of the KC46 Pegasus Commercial Common Depot Level Repairables (DLRs). This increment will be added to the base period of the KC-46 Commercial Common contract.

The initial KC-46 Commercial Common DLRs contract SPRPA1-22-F-0LB5 (a 3 year base period with 2 ,1-year option period) was awarded on April 6, 2022 as a subsumable against the Boeing Captains of Industry (BCOI) contract with The Boeing Company, cage code 0PXV4. The BCOI contract represents a performance-based supply chain management program to support Boeing aviation platforms (AV-8B, C-17, CH-37, F/A-18, F-15, KC-135, B-52, B-1, E-3, AGM-84/86, P-8, and KC-46).

This contract includes wholesale supply support, depot-level consumable support, material management, sustaining engineering. A complete list of the increment two items/NIINs is attached. The anticipated contract for the increment will be awarded by DLA Aviation Philadelphia against the Boeing Captains of Industry (BCOI) contract, SPRPA1-14-D-002U with The Boeing Company, Cage Code 0PXV4, located in Saint Louis, MO, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.

The BCOI contract is strategic in nature and will be the primary vehicle for the direct material support. Boeing will be required to fill DoD customer requisitions for the Stock Numbers in the market basket (NSNs)
