The BCOI contract represents a performance based supply chain management program to support Boeing aviation platforms (AV-8B, C-17, CH-37, F/A-18, F-15, KC-135, B-52, B-1, E-3, AGM-84/86, P-8, and KC-46). This contract includes wholesale supply support, depot-level consumable support, material management, sustaining engineering. This is a FAA certified aircraft. All of the items in the market basket have been certified as commercial items. A complete list of the items/NIINs is attached. The market basket for the initial contract was originally synopsized on 04 January 2019 on FEDBIZOPPS under synopsis notice SPRPA1KC46CommercialCommon. Subsequent Increments have been synopsized. This is the first synopsis for 1,352 of the items (not on the present contract). The anticipated option will be awarded by DLA Aviation Philadelphia against the Boeing Captains of Industry (BCOI) contract, SPRPA1-14-D-002U with The Boeing Company, Cage Code 0PXV4, located in Saint Louis, MO, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The BCOI contract is strategic in nature and will be the primary vehicle for the direct material support.
