## Description

The purpose of this unilateral modification is to add FAR clause 52.222-90 "Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors" to the Contract / Purchase Order. As a result of this action, the total amount of the Contract / Purchase Order is unchanged. All other terms and conditions of the Contract / Purchase Order remain unchanged.
