## Description

The purpose of modification P00001 to Purchase Order SPRDL1-24-P-0032 is to extend the delivery schedule for CLIN 0001AA with Government consideration as follows:

1. CLIN 0001AA is changed from 08 Jul 2024 to 12 Sep 2024.

2. The Government and Contractor agreed to the following consideration for the delay in delivery: A. Total Government Consideration = $715.44 B. Total Value After Consideration = $94,684.56 (Prior Value = $95,400.00) C. Total Unit Price (UP) After Consideration = $7,890.38 (Prior UP = $7,950.00) 3. All other terms and conditions of the base contract and Purchase Order SPRDL1-24-P-0032 remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
