The purpose of this unilateral modification is for the following:

DLA applied the changes from Class deviations 2025-O0003, Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity in Federal Contracts (which implements E.O. 14173 & 14168) and 2025-O0004, Revocation of Executive Order on Sustainability (which implements E.O. 14148) to open and closed solicitations. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
