The Government, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, located in Kittery, Maine has a requirement for 2 valve stem fasteners in accordance with the attached combined synopsis/solicitation notice. This requirement is sole sourced to Northrop Grumman due to these parts are direct replacements for existing equipment and data is proprietary.
