THIS SOLICITATION SPMYM225Q1195 AND ANY SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS WILL BE POSTED TO THE SAM WEBSITE: SAM.GOV It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for FOB Destination delivery to Bremerton, WA.

UPDATE TO SOLICIATION NOTICES--- Due to Executive Order dated February 26, 2025, pertaining to cost efficiency the agency’s use of the government purchase card (GPC) as a method of payment is suspended. Offerors are reminded that at the present time this agency is limited to contract award made under the condition of Electronic Funds Transfer.
