The solicitation will consist of one NSN: Line Item 0001: 6220-01-690-7768 LIGHT, TAXIING AIRCRAFT This item is proprietary to Hoffman Engineering. Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. The offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. The solicitation issue date will be on 03/14/2024 and the closing date will be on 04/15/2024. The solicitation will be unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition for a long-term indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract and does not authorize delivery of any material. The government plans to award a Fixed Price Contract, with one (1) year base period and four (4) one (1) year options. Only FOB Origin pricing will be acceptable. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The SAM site may be accessed at https://www.sam.gov.
