The Government does not possess complete unrestricted technical data or drawings to solicit these items competitively. Prospective contractors must submit a complete technical data package for the BOH items listed as well as their own complete data package and estimated pricing for evaluation. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of market research only and the Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material because of this inquiry.
