The anticipated release date of the solicitation is January 09, 2025. The date is subject to change. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS), https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. All responsible sources will be able to submit a quote which will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors not submitting a fully completed quote will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award.
