## Description

DLA Troop Support is conducting market research for various razor wires. The NSNs are provided on the attached spreadsheet. The purpose of this market survey is to determine an acquisition strategy that will enhance our support of military customers worldwide as well as to determine what your industry will be capable of providing with respect to the required items. For this reason, DLA Troop Support would appreciate your firm sharing your expertise and insight into how these items can be most efficiently procured.

This market survey does not constitute an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Request for Quote (RFQ), or a Request for Proposal (RFP) and should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the Government to issue a formal solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Any information or pricing received will not be binding. The U.S Government is in no way liable to pay for or reimburse any companies or entities that respond to this market survey.

Any costs incurred by interested companies in response to this market survey will not be reimbursed. The market survey is attached.
