For this item, engineering source approval by the design control activity is required to ensure the continued quality and performance of the part. The approved source(s) retain essential data rights, proprietary manufacturing information, and technical knowledge that are not available to the Government in an economically feasible manner. **P/N:** U20-AW40U-EC1U Contract Structure Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Weapons Support proposes a fixed-price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with annual price adjustment provisions for the out-year pricing. The resulting long-term indefinite quantity contract will include:
