## Description

Requirement Overview The acquisition covers NSN 5970-00-788-4901. For this item, the Government holds rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no restrictions related to technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing. Drawings and specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link on the issue date. Contract Structure Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Weapons Support proposes a fixed-price contract with annual price adjustment provisions for the out-year pricing. The resulting long-term indefinite quantity contract will include:

• One-year base period. • Four single year option period. • Shipments to various military depot locations within established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as-needed basis. Acquisition Approach • Procured under FAR Part 12. • Solicited as full and open competition with a HUBZone price evaluation preference • Applicable NAICS: 335999; Small Business size standard: 600 employees. • Item is subject to the Buy American Act.
