\n\nDLA Weapons Support – Columbus anticipates issuing solicitation SPE7MX-26-R-0069 for the establishment of a Long-Term Contract (LTC) using the non-commercial item procedures of FAR Part 15.
\n\n\n\nThe Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) with a five-year ordering period consisting of a three-year base period and two one-year option periods. This acquisition will support continued and improved supply availability for a critical DLA-managed item.

\n\nThis acquisition is subject to the provisions of the Trade Agreements Act (TAA). Offers of eligible products from designated countries will be considered in accordance with FAR and DFARS requirements. The solicitation will identify all applicable domestic preference and trade agreement provisions.
\n\n\n\nDelivery Requirements
\n\nMaterial ordered under the resulting contract shall be delivered within 289 days after the date of the order upon FAT approval. This does not include delivery time of FAT units and Government evaluation time (See FAT Schedule below). Shipping instructions will be provided on individual delivery orders. Notwithstanding any other provision of the contract, no deliveries shall be made prior to issuance of a delivery order (DD Form 1155).
