## Description

NSN 4140-016935792, PR #7010227509, FAN,VANEAXIAL The requirement is for a total quantity of 33 EA. Solicitation will not contract a quantity option. This item is solicited under Othan Than Full and Open Competition Not Previously Addressed. Approved source is L3HARRIS MARITIME POWER & ENERGY CAGE 04801 P/N 940-65746-1. Based upon market research, the Government is not using policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acqusition of Commercial Items, in It's solicitation for the described supplies or services.

However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offerors, the final award decision will be based upon a combiination of price, delivery, and past performance. This solicitation is an RFP (Request for Proposal) and will be available at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of 7/16/2025. Hard copies of the solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above.
