This notice serves as the official and binding cancellation of Solicitation SPE7LX-26-R-0073. This solicitation is null and void, and no award will be made against it. Any responses submitted against it will not be considered. A new solicitation for this requirement will be issued under a new number SPE7LX-26-R-0086 on or after June 19, 2026.
