## Description

SPE7L326R0004 will be issued as a firm-fixed Price Request for Proposal (RFP) for NSN 2815-012719822 for a quantity of 1,239 KTs and will include a 100% quantity option for an additional 1,239 KTs (a total of 2,478 KTs). The prior awarded unit price of $279.76 KTs. A mean value was used to estimate the total acquisition value of $371,700.00. OSHKOSH DEFENSE LLC, a large business, is an approved source for this linear valve, which has an AMC/AMSC of 3/D.

CUMMINS INC., a large business, is an approved source for this cylinder sleeve and piston assemblies, which has an AMC/AMSC of 3/D. OSHKOSH DEFENSE LLC 75Q65 P/N 2DR671 CUMMINS INC. 15434 P/N 3802401 Since competition is not anticipated from two small businesses offering the product of a small manufacturer, this solicitation will be issued unrestricted.
