## Description

This material is has four approved sources and part numbers: HUTCHINSON INDUSTRIES, INC (62161) P/N VF-0223 ND DEFENSE LLC (338X5) P/N 4019257C1 THE SHYFT GROUP USA, INC (36MV0) P/N 0595-WW1-001 OSHKOSH DEFENSE LLC (75Q65) P/N 3840380 The required quantity is 379 KT, with to be shipped to:

DODAAC (W25G1U) W1A8 DLA DISTRIBUTION DDSP NEW CUMBERLAND FACILITY 2083 NORMANDY DRIVE DOOR 113 TO 134 NEW CUMBERLAND PA 17070-5002 US with a required delivery of 150 days. FOB Origin (First Destination Transportation applies) and Inspection and Acceptance at Destination are required. This solicitation is a set-aside for small business. This material is commercial; therefore, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item.

The Government will not be using the policies contained in FAR part 15 in its solicitation for this item. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil// on or about 8/7/2025 at 15:00. Due to system constraints, it may take as long as 3 business days from the stated issue date for the solicitation to post to DIBBS. Technical drawings/bid sets are not available. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available.

While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, proposals will be evaluated according to “best value” procedures on the basis of Price, Past Performance, Socioeconomic Participation, and Delivery. All offers shall be in English and in US dollars.
