## Description

This Sources Sought Notice is for information and market research planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy). The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify qualified businesses that are interested and capable of providing ground fuel to various locations in Jordan, Middle East (ME). Requests for solicitation will not be responded to and no contracts shall be awarded based on the responses received. The ground fuel requirements are as follows:

**Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JP8), NSN:** 9130-01-031-5816 and Estimated Quantity: 75,291,000 US Gallons (USG). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 324110, Petroleum Refineries. The Product Service Code is 9130, Liquid Propellants and Fuels, Petroleum Base. Vendors who are capable of providing this ground fuel and that are interested in providing evidence of having capabilities to support ground fuel types in the sources sought should provide a detailed capability statement with the information listed as follows:

Company name, address and telephone number; Unique Entity ID number; Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code; Vendor approval status in the Joint Contingency Contracting System (JCCS); Registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and that the Annual Representations and Certifications have been completed and are accurate in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov); Submit detailed evidence of having the capability to support a successful ground fuels contract performance, including contract type, NAICS code, etc., related to this RFI in the past five (5) years.

Detailed evidence should demonstrate experience in ground fuels handling, list ground fuels type(s), storage capacity, demonstrated skills and abilities with additives, safety measures, delivery modes, including Tanker Truck, and number of U.S. Gallons (USG) or Liters (L) dispensed; and At a minimum, provide three (3), past performance references that describe the contract type, ground fuel type(s), number of USG or L dispensed, price per USG or L, contract value, location, customer name, address, email address, and telephone number.

Submissions received in response to the sources sought must not exceed 10 pages in length. Please submit your sources sought Capability Packages to Ms. Regina Daniels at regina.daniels@dla.mil no later than 1:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on October 18, 2024. Telephone calls will not be accepted.
