Request for Information Jet Fuel with Additives (JP8)

**Palau and Peleliu, Palau Description:** Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in the resources, product, and mode of travel listed below. The result of this sources sought notice will contribute to the support of providing ground fuels for military units stationed in Palau and Peleliu, Palau for a period of 2 years. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME.

This Sources Sought notice does not constitute a request for quote, bid or proposal; submission of any information in response to this sources sought notice is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred and shall retain all information provided with no expectation of return.

If your organization has the capability to perform these requirements, please provide the following information: Organization name, address, email address, web site address, telephone number, cage code and size and type of ownership for the organization. Background information of the firm and contractor regarding technical ability, financial capability, and ability to perform. Specific types of fuel capable of supplying and areas that can be supported. Type of storage and capacity quantity. Location of fuel source facility. DLA Energy is seeking information on the following fuel types that are commercially available in any given region or country listed below:

Jet Fuel, Aviation (JA1) with Additives and/or Turbine Fuel Aviation (JP8) which includes SDA (Static Dissipator Additive), CI (Corrosion Inhibitor) and FSII (Fuel System Icing Inhibitor). Mode of transportation: Drums Tank Wagon Tank Truck Tank Truck with pumps OCONUS/CONUS Country/Regions this RFI pertains to:

Palau and Peleliu, Palau DLA Energy is seeking information for each Offeror to provide a lead/delivery time of how long it will take if able to provide the fuel.
