## Description

Please see the attached Amendment 0015, 0016, and attachments in regards to the new 1.6L Eastern Europe requirements for Cyprus. All offers are to be submitted through OET.

**CLOSING DATE:** July 31, 2024, 3:00 PM Eastern Time, FT. Belvoir, VA Local Time. Be advised that alternate escalators are not allowed on this solicitation and Amendment 0011 was rescinded. All vendors must know the tax exemption/reimbursement process and submit pricing accordingly.
