DLA Energy intends to issue solicitation SPE604-25-R-0401 for direct supply of natural gas to various DoD and Federal Civilian installations throughout the states of Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Washington with a 24-month period of performance beginning October 1, 2025, and an extension period up to 6 months. The estimated quantity for this proposed requirement is 29,181,316 dekatherms (dths). Any resultant award(s) will be fixed price with economic price adjustment requirements-type contract(s). The Government intends to issue the solicitation on a full and open competition basis, using commercial procedures (FAR Part 12) in combination with the lowest price technically acceptable source selection process (FAR Part 15). All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a timely and complete proposal.
