In order to achieve 100% CFE by 2030 in the ISONE market, ~25% of the facility electrical energy use will need to be procured from qualifying CFE resources with the associated energy attribute certificates (EACs). DLA Energy is seeking to fulfill this need through its follow-on retail electricity supply contracts beginning as early as December 2025, but no later than December 2029. The RFI number will be included in the RFP and posted on SAM.gov. Accounts are located in the NYISO with a total annual estimated quantity of 94,726,221 kWh’s.
