DLA Energy, Overseas Storage and Services Division, Bulk Petroleum Business Unit-FESBA has a current contract in place to provide Contractor-Owned Contractor-Operated (COCO) fuel/storage services at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii to provide the services of procuring, receipt, storage and handling and issue of DLA Energy Fuel Products. This includes services for the operation, maintenance, product quality surveillance, inventory control and accounting, security, safety, and environmental protection to provide retail/bulk fuel services security, and safety of Government aviation and ground fuel facilities at Schofield Barracks Hawaii. The incumbent Contractor is also required to provide the following: A Bulk Storage/Retail Fuel Facility that's equipped with the following capabilities: thirteen (13) Dual/Single Hose. Dispensers for issue of Unleaded, JP-8/F-24 and Diesel fuels; one (1) Bulk Loading Rack with Canopy, and three (3) bottom loading points.
