The contractor will be responsible for all fuel-servicing operations and safeguarding facilities, equipment, and fuel products under its control during normal and adverse conditions. The contractor will issue, defuel, and provide off-station fuel services to aircraft and fixed direct refueling systems. In addition, the contractor will perform bulk fuel operations, system inspections, maintenance, quality surveillance, inventory accountability and safeguarding fuel supplies under its control during normal and adverse conditions. The period of performance is from April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2029 (four-year base period), April 1, 2029 through March 31, 2034 (five-year option period), and an option to extend the contract, not to exceed six months, from April 1, 2034 - September 30, 2034.
