The last of the options was exercised, and the current term will expire on September 17, 2025. The contract transferred to SPE603-23-C-5001 due to EBS system constraints on November 18, 2022. This modification will require the contractor, Wyndham Green LLC, to continue providing contractor-owned contractor-operated (COCO) fuel storage services on Government property at Fort Carson, CO (Ft. Carson) as only one responsible source will satisfy the agency requirements under the authority found at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii).
