**3/17/2025 Update:** Removes and replaces FAR 52.212-5 CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT STATUTES OR EXECUTIVE ORDERS—COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES (MAR 2024) with FAR 52.212-5 CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT STATUTES OR EXECUTIVE ORDERS—COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES (JAN 2025). Incorporates Class Deviation 2025-O0003 - Merit-Based Opportunity in Federal Contracts which requires changes in Section I, Section K, and Section L of the solicitation.

Incorporates Class Deviation 2025-O0004 - Revocation of Executive Order on Sustainability which requires changes in Section I of the solicitation.
