## Description

This amendment # 4 is to incorporate the following questions and answers (Q&A) regarding this requirement:

**Question # 1:** For the product on this one (JAA) are you looking for all three additives ( FSII, SDA, and CO) or a specific additive (i.e. just FSII)?

**Answer # 1:** For the JAA, we are looking for all 3 additives( FSII, SDA, and CI).

**Question # 2:** Is this a firm fixed price contract? Thus, there would not be an economic adjustment factor?

**Answer # 2:** Yes, this requirement is for a firm fixed price contract. There will NOT be an economic adjustment factor.

**Question # 3:** Does the HUBZone Price Evaluation Preference apply to RFQs?

**Answer # 3:** Yes, it applies.

**Question # 4:** The JAA is for use in Military Aircraft?

**Answer # 4:** Yes.

**Question # 5:** Will the DLA consider an origin offer?

**Answer # 5:** Yes. Origin is acceptable.

**Question # 6:** The delivery period is October 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025. Can you give more color on the expected demand profile during that period?

**Answer # 6:** The monthly requirement for this location beginning Oct 2024 is ~145,000 USG, which equates to 870,000 USG of product needed from Oct 2024- March 2025 Question # 7: I am having trouble finding Solicitation provision "L2.11-4 EMAIL QUOTES". Which document is it contained in and which page?

**Answer # 7:** Is found in page 11, attachment Tab 9 Combined Synopsis All other contract terms and conditions remain the same.
