Ancillary services, such as a Monthly Maintenance Facility Fee (MMFF), Cylinder Re-certification Testing, Evacuation and Purging of Cylinders/Drums/Containers, and Precision Cleaning to Level 100A Cylinders/Drums/Containers, are also included to support product delivery. Furthermore, this requirement includes a transition plan to move legacy DLA-owned HPH and H70 into-stock products (approximately 150,000 pounds) located in Westlake, LA, if the incumbent supplier is not awarded the follow-on contract. Award of this requirement will be made to the Offeror determined to be the Best Value to the Government, using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Procedures.
