Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy, as the Department of Defense (DoD) Integrated Materiel Manager (IMM) for Aerospace Energy products and related services, requires delivery of Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and Liquid Carbon Dioxide (CO2). The Contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, product, management, tools, equipment, labor, and transportation necessary to deliver product f.o.b. destination into Government-owned tanks at US Army Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) in Aberdeen, Maryland, Anniston Army Depot, Alabama, and Robins AFB, Georgia. The following associated service CLINS will be included for: Expedited / Emergency Delivery, Detention Fee, Tank Hot Fill, Fill Line Restriction Orifice, Installation of Equipment, Removal of Equipment and Equipment Usage Fee. Period of Performance (POP) is 01 October 2024 -30 September 2029. Offers must be able to provide the Liquid CO2 product in support to the DLA Energy customer, but this requirement will be competed amongst all suppliers who can offer these products.
