DLA Weapons Support Richmond intends to issue a Sole Source solicitation to procure a quantity of 1 each for a Machine Tool Research CNC Shaft Lathe Model: SPL 68 X 1098M, with a quantity option of three (3). Base contract completion required in 365 days ARO. Complete technical data package VIBB 25-25-1004 including all design, supplies, and labor requirements will be included as a part of the solicitation. Technical data package requires turnkey services for: installation, foundation, shipping, rigging, post processor, OSHA certification, IUID tag, training, and technical data (i.e. manuals, drawings). Request for Proposal SPE4A8-26-R-0004 is anticipated to be issued July 2026. FOB will be at Destination/Inspection at Origin/Acceptance at Destination. The solicitation will be Other Than Full and Open Competition. Award will be result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract.
