After Amendment: RESERVED Justification for Amendment: It has been determined that the requirements outlined in this paragraph are no longer necessary to meet the operational mission. All offers will be considered valid for 120 days from the closing date in this amendment. Before award, direct any questions to Christina Gibbs at Christina.Gibbs@dla.mil.
