## Description

DLA Aviation intends to issue a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 13.5. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c)((1)(A); A portion of the procurement is for Fanuc R-30iB Robot and controller system. This brand name Fanuc robot & controller is for the procurement of an Automated Coating Removal (Mechanical) System Robotic Blast Booth in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 25-40-1002. The contractor shall provide Automated Coating Removal (Mechanical) System Robotic Blast Booth with brand name Fanuc R-30iB Robot and controller system that includes the following:

post processor, training, technical data (i.e. manuals, drawings), IUID tag, shipping, Rigging, and installation. Place Of Performance Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma City, OK. FOB will be at Destination. Inspection at Origin/Acceptance at Destination. This is notice of the Government’s intent to issue a firm-fixed price contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C.

2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 19.502-2, Total small business set-asides and incorporates provision and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular CFR 12.603. The award shall be based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. Request for Quote SPE4A8-25-Q-0083 is anticipated to be issued on/around September 1, 2025 and close 1 October 2025 Award shall result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation and award will be made under FAR 13.5 procedures.
