Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, therefore, please do not submit requests. The only approved sources for this material are Goodrich Actuation Systems Limited, Cage K0377 and Goodrich Limited, Cage K0131.

Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. The requirement is for 115 each. The required delivery is 228 days ARO to DLA Distribution - Hill, Hill, UT. This is an Unrestricted Acquisition. Other Than Full and Open Competition applies. FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance Destination applies. The use of the SPRS/PPIRS is applicable.

The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal to be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS).
