The solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement (Other than Full and Open Competition). This procurement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base period of five (5) years with zero (0) options. Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Stocked Item.
