NSN 6680-01-065-9645, METER, VOLUMETRIC POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT, LIQUID. This solicitation may result in an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for Commercial Items in accordance with FAR 13.5 for a 3-year base period plus two option years for total contract duration of 5 years.
