The acquisition is unrestricted other than full & open competition. This is a restricted data use item coded 1R. This agency does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers.

Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, LOCKHEED MARTIN AERONAUTICAL SYSTEMS CAGE 74703, SIMMONDS PRECISION PRODUCTS INC CAGE 89305 and KIDDE TECHNOLOGIES INC CAGE 73168, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR), package for evaluation for future procurements.
