## Description

This amendment is issued to include the following:

-To update the nomenclature in Attachment 1 -Clause 52.247-60 is hereby removed from the solicitation. -Transportation charges are to be included in the Through Put Fee, per Sections L and M. -The proposed Throughput Fee will be evaluated according to Sections L & M. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Closing Date has been extended to 09/27/2024.
