**Solicitation for End Item:**

**Bracket, Eye, Nonrota, 1680-011612839, PR:** 1000158066. This is for a Long Term Agreement scheduled for 1 Base Year and 4 Option Years. The estimated annual quantity is 288 each with a minimum quantity requirement of 72. The NAICS is 336413, FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance equals Origin, Delivery Schedule: 190 days ADO. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The request is for a written proposal.

The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.

The solicitation issue date is on or about March 14, 2024. The closing date will be on or about April 15, 2024. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $750,000, a Subcontracting Plan will be required with the offer. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $2,000,000, Certified Cost and Pricing Data and a Substantial Plan will be required with the offer in order to receive an award. Regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
