## Description

NSN 6150-01-461-5512, SPE4A624R0127 is for a long-term contracting consisting of a one (2 year) base period and one (3 year) option period. In accordance with Lockheed Martin Corp. (CAGE 81755) P/N 957-2 and Sanfran Electronics & Defense (CAGE 96182) P/N 351-39357-024. This acquisition has been set aside for small businesses. FOB is Origin, Inspection and Acceptance will be at Origin. Production Delivery is 160 days ARO.

Stock shipments will be within the continental U.S. Estimated annual demand (EAD) quantity for the 2-year base period and a 3 year option period: 21 ea GUARANTEED MINIMUM QUANTITY FOR THE BASE PERIOD ONLY: 11 ea This solicitation includes NOTE L09, Reverse Auction.
