## Description

**Solicitation for End Item:** Valve, Fuel Shutoff, NSN 2995-01-060-8514, PR 1000180721. This is for a Long Term Agreement scheduled for 1 Base Year and 4 Option Years. The estimated annual quantity is 274 each with a minimum quantity requirement of 57. The NAICS is 336412. FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance equals Origin, Delivery Schedule: 194 days ADO. This procurement also includes Government First Article Testing with a requirement to be delivered within 90 days.

Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The request is for a written proposal. Please submit offers to email Francis.Rettzo@dla.mil. OFFERS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. ELECTRONIC OFFERS ARE ACCEPTABLE. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS).

The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about February 2, 2024. The closing date will be on or about March 4, 2024. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $750,000, a Subcontracting Plan will be required with the offer.

If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $2,000,000, Certified Cost and Pricing Data and a Substantial Plan will be required with the offer in order to receive an award. Regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM Registration is at HTTP://WWW.SAM.GOV. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) Package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for future procurements.
