**3130-00-114-2285 HOUSING, BEARING UNIT Approved Source(s):** CURTISS-WRIGHT FLOW CONTROL SERVICE, CAGE Code 21439, part number 52W1831-1 Definite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price Contract. Quantity is 68 each. Terms are FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Requested delivery of 178 days ARO. This NSN is commercial of a type and will utilize solicitation and award procedures in accordance with FAR 13.5. Other Than Full and Open Competition, Unrestricted.

The solicitation issue/opening date is anticipated to be March 22, 2024. Government Surplus dealers, small business dealers, and distributors (having existing stock of surplus or newly manufactured material) are invited to respond to this synopsis. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD Procurement Not C04 Unused Former Government Surplus Property (SEP 2021), along with a picture of the government label on the Government Surplus Material to show that the product is acceptable.

In addition, respondents should identify quantity available and unit price. The government may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly-manufactured inventory is in the best interest of the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
