**3120-01-676-9020 BEARING HALF, SLEEVE Approved Source(s):** DURAMAX MARINE, LLC, CAGE Code 1PNP7, part number 876652130-F Definite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price Contract. Quantity is 5 each.

**(NOTE:** THE REVISED QUANTITY OF 5 EACH) Terms are FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. First Destination Transportation applies. Requested delivery of 147 days ARO. This NSN is commercial of a type and will utilize solicitation and award procedures in accordance with FAR 13.5. Other Than Full and Open Competition, Unrestricted.

The solicitation issue/opening date is anticipated to be November 3, 2023. Government Surplus dealers, small business dealers, and distributors (having existing stock of surplus or newly manufactured material) are invited to respond to this synopsis. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD Procurement Not C04 Unused Former Government Surplus Property (SEP 2021), along with a picture of the government label on the Government Surplus Material to show that the product is acceptable.

In addition, respondents should identify quantity available and unit price. The government may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly-manufactured inventory is in the best interest of the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
