Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, therefore, please do not submit requests. The approved sources for this material are MEGGITT (ROCKMART), INC., Cage:

**56221 and THE BOEING COMPANY, Cage:** 8V613. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. The requirement is for 50 each. The required delivery is 175 days ARO to DLA Distribution New Cumberland, New Cumberland, PA. Export Control applies. This is an Unrestricted Acquisition. Other Than Full and Open Competition applies, Sole Source per (FAR 6.302).

FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance Origin applies. The use of the SPRS/PPIRS is applicable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal to be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS).
