UPDATE

Both the Buy American Act (BAA) and Trade Agreements Act (TAA) will apply to the HARCD contract. -If delivery orders fall between the micro purchase threshold and $174k, then BAA will apply. -If delivery orders fall between ~$174k and $204k, then TAA will apply.

Modification for SPE4A2-26-R-0001-0002 for the Hardware Acquisition Recompete- Customer Direct has been posted. Attachments 1 & 2 have been updated. Responses to questions have been attached to this announcement.
