## Description

The Performance Readiness Bar is a snack bar that is fortified with calcium and vitamin-D to promote muscle growth and create stronger bones in order to prevent injuries for personnel in training environments. Each bar contains 200-250 kilocalories, 35-43 grams of Carbohydrates, 8-12 grams of Protein, 850-1100 milligrams of Calcium and 1400-2000 international units (IU) Vitamin D.
