The Government is conducting market research to identify responsible and capable sources interested in supplying a full line of Coca-Cola Beverage Products to Department of Defense (DoD) and authorized Non-DoD customers located on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. This RFI is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a formal solicitation or guarantee of future procurement. **Background:** The Government anticipates a potential requirement for a long-term agreement to provide Coca-Cola Beverage Products to U.S. military installations and other authorized customers located on Oahu. The agreement will support continuous access to approved Coca-Cola beverage products for customers throughout the island. The selected contractor may be responsible for: • Sourcing, purchasing, storing, and distributing Coca-Cola Beverage Products. • Maintaining product quality, timely delivery, and responsive customer service. • Responding to customer requests for additional or substitute Coca-Cola items during the life of the contract. • Maintaining all required federal, state, and local licenses and certifications. **Note:** Vendors must currently operate as functioning commercial distributors. It is not acceptable for an offeror to operate solely as a third-party logistics (3PL) firm, i.e., one that subcontracts out warehousing, procurement, and delivery functions.
