AMENDMENT CREATED PLEASE SEE NEW SF 1449 BEFORE SUBMITTING OFFERS Amendment 0001 Summary of Changes to Solicitation SPE302-24-R-0001 A. The SOW was revised, please read carefully for changes in terms and dates.

**I. Introduction:** The solicitation is being issued as a Full and Open Competition with HUBZone Price Evaluation Preference. Tier Dates were changed to reflect correct performance periods. B. The Estimated Value was changes as follows. II.

**Estimated Value:** Estimated dollar value (Base Year) of this solicitation is $1,600,000.00. The Guaranteed Maximum inclusive of all tiered pricing periods and surge requirements is $8,000,000.00. The Guaranteed Minimum is 10% of the estimated dollar value of the Base Year which is $160,000.00. C. Attachment 1 and Attachment 6 was changed as follows. Attachment 1 – Customer List/ Delivery Points. Attachment 6 – New Item Request. D. All the terms and conditions of this solicitation remains the same.

Solicitation SPE302-24-R-0001 is designed to place Market Ready Fresh Milk and Dairy items, all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various Department of Defense ("DoD") customers in Oahu, Hawaii.

The resultant contract(s) will be issued as a fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) applied to Class 1 fluid milk items and firm-fixed price for all other items, for an indefinite quantity, within stated limits, of specific supplies to be furnished during a fixed period, with deliveries to be scheduled by placing orders with the contractor (FAR 16.540(a)). The duration of the contract is for a term of 60 months (five-year period).

For all Class I fluid milk items, the EPA will be applied throughout the contract. Pricing for all other items will have two separate pricing tiers and the pricing will remain firm-fixed for each pricing tier.

The contract period is expected to be from June 02, 2024 to June 01, 2029. Tier 1 will be from June 02, 2024, to June 01, 2025. Tier 2 will be from June 02, 2025, to June 01, 2026. Tier 3 will be from June 02, 2026, to June 01, 2027. Tier 4 will be from June 02, 2027, to June 01, 2028. Tier 5 will be from June 02, 2028, to June 01, 2029. The solicitation contains three (3) Customer Product Groups: Group 1 Hawaii - Troop Customers (Milk, Dairy & Juice products) Group 2 Hawaii - Troop Customers (Ice Cream products) Group 3 Hawaii - Ship Customers (Milk, Dairy, Juice & Ice Cream products) Solicitation closing date is 25 April 2024, 8:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time.

All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by the DLA Troop Support Indo-Pacific, Procurement Office-Hawaii in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. This is an unrestricted acquisition for Milk and Dairy Items.
